*Haven’t been in personally for an appointment, because they were all booked* but - they still gave me great advice for how to address my dog’s health issue, which really put me at ease. Very friendly people, will be bookmarking them for the future if ever needed

i love this office. the staff is nice & helpful. the office is bright & clean. you’d be hard pressed to find a more compassionate, patient doctor in Dr. Ryan. she has a genuine way about her that makes you feel like she cares about your pet as much as you do. very happy this is my neighborhood vet office.

I don't recommend Alison Animal Hospital for cats or for your inbox (SO much spam, forever, no matter how many times you unsubscribe. They sell your data). They do not consider that an animal is frightened at the vet, and their approach was extreme. My cat went for a routine exam. I was surprised when the very loud female vet tech immediately reached for steel mittens to handle him before he was even out of his carrier. I have never seen this before (or since). They refused to give him shots or take blood unless he was sedated. Again, never seen this before. He was quiet and terrified. But they like to talk: same female tech trying to upsell a dental clean with general anaesthetic that he did not need (the female vet admitted this to me later). We changed vets and went to Animal Kind where it is a completely different experience.

Dr Vinitsky, Palina, Jarlin and the reception staff are incredible! We have just moved from overseas and we couldn’t be happier that we found a compassionate, friendly and professional team for our grumpy and beautiful boy!
