You MUST call them to get records, as they do not reply over email. Receiving documentation from them is like pulling teeth. I have stopped going to this vet for several reasons. One vet at Bed-Stuy Clinic (a male with black eye contacts) has a habit of interrupting and making assumptions without asking questions. He instructed me to entirely stop feeding my cat wet food and do a dry food-only diet, when he has urinary crystals. This goes against everything every other vet has told me. I don’t trust this vet unfortunately. The adult vet woman seems competent however I was always scheduled with the vet with black contacts. EDIT: Updating to add that am very relieved if the former employee has left and appreciate that this was handled. However, I have had several bad experiences attempting to get records from this business, including when I moved to a new vet due to my experiences here. I had to request records via phone call and email repeatedly and without success (partial documents sent, having to call multiple times, wrong documents being sent, having to follow up via email every time). Again, if the staff has changed, maybe that is different now. This time, my pet insurance has been attempting to gather the information since March 17, 2026 and it was received on April 12, 2026. Like I said in my initial comment, my recommendation is to call them as they do not seem to check emails at all. They do check Google Reviews though.

Avoid this place!! I brought my 4-month-old kitten here specifically for a Physical Exam after a long international flight and also a pre-neutering check-up . I clearly stated multiple times that he is FULLY VACCINATED and provided records but they came up with a $990 bill on me, including unnecessary repeat vaccines. This is very dangerous for a kitten’s health to be over-vaccinated. Dishonest business!!!👎🏼👎🏼 DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS.

Just took my 10 year old cat here due to weight loss and not eating. Let me start off by saying my experience exceeded my expectations. Staff was warm, welcoming and very informative. The doctor was so empathetic and supportive to our situation. Wait time was a bit long but that was expected due to me being basically a walk in. I went in for my cat not eating and before we left she finished a can. The news I received wasn’t the greatest however the doctor went over many options with me I didn’t feel pressured for any procedures etc she was kind and patience with us.
