Unfortunately I wanted to leave 0 stars but a review was needed. THIS COMES WITH A WARNING LABEL: DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE! Upon entering the lobby there is a reception area. You can already feel the negative energy all around. There are mainly two people sometimes three at the front desk. These people show no compassion, are extremely rude and snippy. You would think that working at an animal hospital there would be kindness and empathy...there is none here. They just sit there and don't even ask how your animal is or if the owner is ok. They laugh behind the desk when spoken to and show unprofessionalism for customers that come in. The front desk are not meant for this type of environment. The manager there, her name is Jenn, she is a horrible supervisor. She has no empathy and doesn't care about the animals and people just like the front desk. There are many scenarios, but one time my dog was brought out from the examination room and was so scared and petrified when he came out. There were other dogs barking like crazy inside, it was disturbing. I was thinking :"this is a place where you are supposed to care for animals." It is the complete opposite. All they care about is money and ripping customers off so they can add more charges to the bill. I have already started and continued a word of mouth in the neighborhood not to bring their animals here. Someone wanted to bring their dog here to get spayed and I spoke about my experience and they WILL NOT BE GOING HERE. If you care about your animals think before you open the door. There is no love here at this hospital, there is cruelness and disrespect!

Took our cat for an exam and had a great experience from beginning to end! Really nice large waiting area with cookies and coffee :) Receptionist Darlissea is thorough and sweet. She explained the payments and charges, worked around our availability, and managed complex records. We walked in and hardly had to wait at all. Vet tech Kristin is warm and smart. Asked good questions, was patient, and helped our cat hold still for the exam. And Dr Laura D’Onofrio is the cream of the crop. She provided excellent care, explained everything carefully, is very logical, and is kind but firm about her recommendations. I could see how experienced she was when she was examining our cat’s neck and abdomen. This clinic goes above and beyond and I would trust them completely! I thought pricing was more than fair for this dream team.
