We've been taking our pets here since it was Brooklyn Cares! We generally have an abundance of pets & the doctors & techs here have always been caring, helpful & Informed. We trust them implicitly with our current 5 cats just like we have with cats & dogs who have crossed the rainbow bridge. We love Pure Paws!

My baby Humbert (19 yo, cat) has a great Vet Dr. Burg. She prescribed medicine for him to calm his nerves for his visit. It’s important for me to see that she cared about his mental health . Dr. Burg is communicative and receptive in answering my questions and concerns. Also, when I call in to reschedule an appointment, ask questions or leave a message for the doctor they’ve always been polite and courteous, as well as the front desk personnel.
