2026 Update: It’s been at least 5–6 years since my last visit. The cat I mentioned in my previous review has sadly passed away over the past 2–3 years due to old age. Recently, I adopted a new cat, and since this clinic is the closest to my home, I decided to bring my newly adopted cat here for a check-up. This time, the experience felt completely different. Over the years, it seems the front desk staff I previously had issues with are no longer there. The current receptionists are gentle, attentive, and very patient. The doctors and nurses remain as professional as ever, which gives us much more confidence in the clinic. We have several cats now, and we will continue choosing this clinic for their regular check-ups. ---- Previous review: Not recommend. Vets are nice and friendly, but the front desk ladies didn't care about you and your pets. They lost my cat's blood, so they told a lie to ask us do the blood test again for comparing the difference. They gave us some food sample but My pet is a cat, she gave me the dog food.

Quite possibly the worst visit I’ve had at a Vet, and I once brought a cat in to be spayed who died under anesthesia. A few weeks ago, I brought my cat in to have her ears cleaned. We were seen by Dr. Yuri (spelling may be incorrect). The Vet Tech was great. Dr. Yuri was not. I explained the situation in detail and Dr. Yuri proceeded to mildly clean my cat’s ear. After cleaning for all of ten seconds, he asked if we wanted to run tests for further diagnosis, which we politely declined. It was then that his demeanor changed completely. He said he would get us medicine, and left the room. I was flabbergasted. After demanding to see him again, I explained only two options would suffice. Either he could clean the ear which is what I brought my cat in for, or we could leave without paying and go to VEG who has cleaned her ear easily prior. He then proceeded to clean the ear again but only after I made my request, and it wasn’t even cleaned properly or fully. The Dr. treated the practice like a car lot, and if you’re not willing to pay for the bells and whistles, he really couldn’t be bothered. It’s a shame because it’s in my neighborhood but I’ll never return and would never recommend this practice.

P.S. I was explained that because I asked for credentials and experience of doctors who were supposed to operate and because of bad review I have no chance to bring my pets there. History: I was a customer with my pets for years with Olga veterinary, when she was no longer with this group I need a consultation for emergency surgery with my dog and no one from who we see before was available, only new doctors. We went to another clinic for emergency surgery ( couple of years ago). Today I called for a regular appointment and clinic said doctors wrote a note at that time to no longer see my pet as other clinic took care. We live 1 block from this clinic and they refusing the service for unknown reason. Should I proceed with complaint to the higher department?
