Had an AMAZING experience. The doctor and the staff were exceptional. Very caring and very knowledgeable. They took great care of my dog.

This past Saturday my dog had a seizure, I immediately brought her to VEG ER. The staff there is amazing. Upon arrival, I walked in with my baby and we were triaged immediately. They took her vitals and asked me about what brought us in. Dr. Cross is amazing. He came over, spoke with me, got my dog's history and reassured me everything would be ok and went over how the visit would go. After his assessment I was sent over a breakdown of the visit to which I could agree or not agree to. I obviously agreed and we moved forward with testing and x-rays. I appreciate all of the staff there. They were so kind, personable and really took their time with my baby. She is a bit squirmy, so she can be a handful. Overall 10/10 experience. It also wasn't that much more expensive than my usual vet. They are open 24/7. If you ever are looking for an ER to see your pet, this is the place to go if you're nearby. They genuinely care about your pets and you can tell they love what they do. Thank you again VEG ER!

The receptionist Fantasia I can't thank enough for her kindness and attention she gave as we said goodbye to our beloved dog MJ. The entire staff sprang into action as soon as we walked in the door. My dog was almost 16 years old and was fading. The entire staff handled us with compassion and empathy in what was a heartbreaking moment. I would like to thank the entire staff at VEG for helping my adorable cat Max with emergency surgery. From the minute I stepped into the facility, I was greeted and told to go straight to the back. All of the staff members were so welcoming and very polite with taking care of my baby boy. Dr. Cross especially was a huge help with explaining everything from the pros and cons of the surgery to what will take place once he's under. I can't believe how fast and efficient the whole process took. I witnessed them help other animals in such a small time frame. You can definitely trust your pet with this emergency vet. The after care instructions were told me to in depth and was helped with special formulated cat food to prevent this from happening again. Thank you VEG
